Q3 What is your typical production and delivery time?
For in-stock series, lead time is approximately 15 working days for up to 300 m². For non-stocked series, lead time is roughly 50 working days for up to 700 m².
Q4 What are your standard terms of payment?
For orders under 5,000 USD, 100% payment in advance. For orders equal to or exceeding 5,000 USD, 40% T/T in advance with the remaining balance settled before final shipment.
