QDo your products meet the AS2047 Standard?
Yes, we comply with the AS2047 standard for all our doors & windows. We also meet AS2208, UL, and EN standards for glass, serving our primary markets in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
QWhat is your manufacturing time and MOQ?
Manufacturing time is 30~45 days after deposit and drawings are confirmed. The MOQ is $20,000 for total order value; orders under this amount will incur an extra $800 charge for color adjustment and machine operation fees.
QDo you accept customized designs and sizes?
Yes, absolutely. The design and size are entirely customized according to customer preferences, with colors available from Colorbond, RAL, or custom physical samples.
QWhat is your warranty policy?
A 5-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame color unfading, non-peeling, and hardware/accessories operation under proper use. A 50-year warranty applies to German hardware. Replacement parts will be shipped via international courier in case of quality defects.
