Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A1: Usually, we use 5mm+6A+5mm double glass. Our double glass is made professionally, with no steam or fogging between the double glass.
Q 2: All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A2: Yes, all doors and windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on the wall is straightforward.
Q3: The glass breaks for no reason; I'm afraid the rest will break?
A3: The glass would only break due to impact force; it will not break on its own.
Q4: What type of fly screen can you supply?
A4: We offer three styles of fly screens : roller style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and folding style for casement doors. Additionally, the fly screen is made of three different materials: nylon, steel, and Kingkongnet.
Q5: Aluminum and PVC, which is better?
A5: It's difficult to say one is definitively better. Each has its advantages. PVC is good for insulation and more economical. Aluminum is better in terms of hardness and security.
Q6: What kinds of packing do you have?
A6: We have three types of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. For full container shipments, we recommend using bubble bags to save space. Typically, we use bubble bag + wooden frame. The best packing is bubble bag + wooden case, especially for bulk cargo or shipments to countries like the USA, Australia, and some European countries that have special requirements and where wooden cases provide excellent protection.
