Q: What is your manufacture lead time and MOQ?
Lead time is 25–45 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. The MOQ is $20,000 for order value; orders under this amount incur an additional $800 fee for color adjustment and machine operation.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A 5-year quality warranty is provided covering non-fading frames and properly working hardware. A 50-year warranty applies to German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are sent promptly by international courier (10-15 days if ordering is required).
